Most strawberry lamingtons are made with Jelly crystals, just like Jelly cakes You don't really need to make an icing though, you can just use the jelly crystals (prepare according to instructions) and dip it in when its syrupy (not hot and running but just starting to set) this works just as good, just like you would with Jelly cakes
