Hi carrie sorry about your loss i hope you get some answers to help we lost our beautiful daughter at 19 weeks 5 days but we found out she had major problems due to a genetic condition before so we unfortunately had to make the most horrendous decision to end the pregnancy as she was a non viable baby (they call them) but having answers hasnt made it any easier i hope you get a BFP soon.
AFM-I spoke to my FS and all is 99% good she said my FSH is on the high end of normal like i said before they like it to be under 10 mine was 10.6 but she is not concerned she said i responded to ivf fantastic i had lots of follicles and she thinks i am nowhere near menopause at least 10-15 years away my number of eggs was great the embryo quality was ok not fantastic but that is because my eggs are 35 years old but i had 3 blastocysts so that was good basicly she said she expects me to be pregnant by may and if im not i am to go back to her and they will do normal ivf (which is a lot cheaper) and get me pregnant quicker as we need to test our bubs at 12 weeks so the quicker the better we wont do pgd again as we decided to just get pregnant and hope we are lucky so to cut it short she said my fertility is normal for my age most women my age will have FSH around the same level thats why it can take longer to get pregnant and my royal jelly and macca tablets have turned up so i am all prepared and to top it off i will be in my fertile period from the 16th when we go on our honeymoon so hope we get a honeymoon baby i think i have rambled enough oh! except i am watching a clearblue fertility monitor on ebay it ends tonight so cross fingers i am the highest bidder.

Cookie36.....we must have been replying at the same time. Thank you for your warm welcome. I appreciate your reassurances. CraftyMummy has given me a lot of support and hope that I will go on to have a healthy baby again. I pray we all will.
I have just received an e-mail from my vicar (she must be awake at this ridiculous hour as well!!! It's 1.30am here!) to confirm that we can lay Eden to rest on 15th January 2009 with my Dad. My girls have been told that Eden is with Grandad Steve in heaven so it seems right that he rests with him physically as well.

hi everyone ,carrieps-sorry for your loss, hope your next bfp is not very far away...scarypinkfairy-have you tested again?fingers crossed.App with fs in early march, still trying for those 2 lines were all wishing for until app comes up...ciara-finger crossed, sounds good...ric-thinking of you...mummyof4-no need for apologizes, blame is so common for us to feel,it something that comes up in my therapy sessions a lot.Horrible things happen for no reason sometimes, try to be kind to yourself and remember Kyarna would of felt all the love you had and still have for her...craftymummy-are you testing soon?..tinar-thanks...murraycod-hope the metamucil works, ouch about the needles, things we do huh.cycle day 19 for me ,little while yet to wait, gyno who did dye test didn't hold out any hope for me unless they bypass tubes completely by ivf process ,giving it ago still natural till that starts...t-hopes-glad to hear a sucees story, congratulations to your friend....ttalovechild-i think whenever we ttc after loss we ? are readiness,i feel it wont get my baby back but it will give me something back maybe hope.I think they find it harder to test bubs than do tests on us.Lots of doc don't seem to want to test until after 3 losses.I lost my bub at 14 weeks,he was only measuring 11 and half weeks,he came away from me in sac ,in amniotic fluid(not much)tiny but formed, they still didn't do testing, told me it was because it was my 1st loss, looking back i think i should of demanded more testing but i was too emotional at the time and to naive....snugglebean-fingers crossed...cookie-sorry your down,we all get that way at times,it's hard.Hugs...

ferrals4.....hi and thank you for your welcome. Your story is humbling. It must have been a decision that took yourself and your partner enormous strength to make. I'm sure your daughter knows you love her and that you made the right (only) decision. I will pray for your little girl and for you to conceive on your honeymoon. How magical that would be! Fingers and toes crossed for you.

ferrals-so pleased you got re-assuring news from fs,wish my eggs had as long as yours ,docs guessing i've only got about 2 years left before menopause kicks in completely, besides the obvious(i want more babies)hot flushes are a pain..carrieps-i'm sure the ceremony will honour Eden's life beautifully,i have other children as well and i found it helped them to be involved as well, they each put something in his box, they wrote/draw messages on the outside of box, they each held him wrapped up in a bunny rug,my 3 year old made up 'a bed'in the box .Nothing was forced they were asked if they wanted to participate and it was there decision.
Mathewsmum-yeh i have lots of eggs and im way off menopause she thinks around 45- 50 it will hit but my eggs are still on the old side so the saying goes quality not quantity but that is why i am on the coq10 that is supose to help with quality so the quicker it happens the better just hope when and if i do get pregnant the baby is not affected with SLO that is when i throw in the towel.
Carrie-that is good news we had Abbi cremated and i have her ashes with her teddy and little footprints here at home my 3 boys diddnt get to hold or see Abbi as we thought it would be to distressing and since the hospital lost the only photos of her we had to have one taken a week after the autopsy which she still looks ok but you can only see her face and hand the ones they lost were of her tiny feet and hands and of us holding her i couldnt believe they deleted them off the digital camera but nothing i can do about it anyway thanks for the honeymoon well wishes hope it works.
Carrieps- Thanks sweetie .. and yeah it kinda does but i try not to let i get to me cause i do know im not the only one having problems or even lost a angel..
We are staying positive and are keeping the faith we have.. Thanks again and many blessings to yo and your family
Matthew's Mum- thanks sweetie..
It really does help to hear other stories and to see how friendly everyone is on here..I feel like a home even though im a newbie!!
hi again all-got a call from fs receptionist, saying fs has seen results from dye tests and other blood tests, and wants to see me sooner to discuss treatments,he apparently rang in between surgerys,so the earliest she could squeeze me in is a week and a bit,so happening sooner than thought.
Welcome CarriePS. I was really devastated when Crafty posted about your loss. It's nice to hear from you about your precious Eden. Your little ceremony sounds like a really beautiful way to honour your little man. Do what you need to, you will know what that is. It's such a harrowing journey, and sadly we all have our guilt burdens to bear. I don't think there is any easy way around it, you have to go through it and resolve those feelings for yourself. It's much easier for anyone who's not in your head and heart space to suggest not to feel guilty. I am not trying to bring you down, just that only you walk in your shoes. We're here to offer help and support. Don't be a stranger.
TTCALoveChild - welcome to you too, good to hear you're trying to stay positive.
To everyone else, thinking of you, but not a lot enough time to respond to all. I love guinea pigs - never had any as a pet, but I just love they way they squeak and their litle noses twitch.
Carrie -Just read your story. I cant imagine, sometimes life is so cruel and hits us in a harshest way...My heart goes with your loss...I hope things get better for you and you get a much deserved BFP, a healthy bub in your hand. I got to know about my loss in 12th week, when i had bleeding, u/s confirmed the heartbreaking news of m/c....i am still in tears that why my first preg ended in this way and took away all my innocence and left me with tears and sorrows. None in friends know about this loss of mine. My very close girlfriend is pregnant, she told the whole world that she is 13 weeks pregnant except me - she told me that her period is 4 days late and she is waiting to go to doc...how sad is this...well, leave all this....I am just praying to Holy God that 2010 brings Happiness and joy and a healthy bub in our lives...May our TTC to Pregnancy journey is joyable one.
Ferrals - Good that doc said everything is fine..a Fresh start once again for you. all the best.
Someone has got a new treadmill...someone knows who i am referring too.....that is awesome..
T-hopes - I dont know about any obs here in my suburb as we have moved recently to eastern suburbs...where do you live? but with google, i got to know about this search engine -http://healthengine.com.au/
you can type postcode and type of specialist looking for, it gives you results, i am relying on them. or you can check the forums in belly for obs/ hospitals services...
Craftymummy - twins in the house, hope those +ve prego vibes soon reaches you and get the BFP quickly.
Mummyof4 - I know the frustration....i am with you, big hugs from me. dont blame yourself, i know its hard to forget, but positive side is we will have a beatiful son/ daughter in our arms soon.
Matthew'sMum - How are you? you are right, we sometimes cant take decisions instantly in a sensitive situation and its hard to control emotions & act maturely..

ladies - quick question... my best friends are getting married this saturday (my best friend is marrying DH best mate) and we are bridesmaid and groomsman... im not much of a drinker but wasnt sure if its ok to have a champagne with the speeches etc?? my friends keep saying have a drink, 'relax' and have a good time but i dont know whether its advisable to have a few during the 2ww?? it would be 5dpo... what are your opinions about me having a couple??? would hate to jeopardise anything for the sake of a few!!!
wow, so many posts so apologies in advance if i miss anyone...
T-hopes i would say a few drinks are ok. the baby does not tap into mothers blood supply till after implantation, which is around 12 days after fertilisation according to my book. hope your signs are correct and you get your bfp confirmed soon
Matthew's Mum well looks like things are moving faster for you now! hope you get some answers on what to do next.
ferrals4 at least you know where you are now in your cycles. hope you don't need that appointment!
craftymummy9 oooh how cute! i bet they are adorable. i keep pestering my dh for us to get another kitten, but he won't budge hoping you get your bfp soon!
ric why would your friend tell you one thing but other people something else?!?
and i hope you tested too early! when is af due? what kind of tests are you using?
CarriePS hi and glad you have joined us on here - well i mean sorry for your loss but glad crafty has directed you to this thread. planting a tree was a very nice idea that will remind you of him as it grows. you will find a lot of support on here, and i think it's a bit addictive to keep checking up how everyone is getting on with their ttc journeys.
as a side addition, i am a pom too, i emigrated 3 years ago and don't live too far from crafty!
afm, well af is due any time from now till sunday. i have not tested again, as i'm trying to do everything different from last time, when i got my bfp at 30 days. but i feel like af is on her way. my cramps have moved more to the centre, where as they were only on my right side before
