hi girls
Kelly: i'll attempt to email you some photos of my gorgeous bubba - still learning how to do all this. i'd like to set up a website too. try not to be too hard on yourself about the housework. i know what you mean, i was more like that with my older son, but now i'm enjoying my bubba more, as i know how quick it goes. in 5 minutes time they'll all be teenagers!!

lisa: that's great you had a good labour - what a relief. i'll have to read your link.

jayne & michelle: so glad you found labour unbearable too!! that sounds slack, but i just mean that i always feel like a real wuss - most women seem to make light of labour. a lady in a shop the other day rolled her eyes when i said i'd waited 14 years for my second child, because of the pain of childbirth. i always feel like i'm the only woman who can't handle childbirth, and i'm not a wussy person otherwise. my labour this time was better than the first time - not to intense so quickly. i had to be induced again (waters broke, and then nothing else happened). so all my active/calm birth preparations for of went out the window, as i had 2 monitors attached to me for 9 hours and couldn't move around much. couldn't use the shower/bath either - after all my swimsuit preparation!

nursery is finished - wooohooo!! can't bear to put him in there tonight though - still want him squeezed into his bassinette next to my bed!!

hmmm! rant time... mil is annoying me again. she kept saying i was going to have a girl, the whole time i was pregnant. that annoyed me - i didn't care what sex the baby was. anyway, she said to me last night that she is soo disappointed i had a boy! how lovely!! i should of said "yes, but not as disappointed as he'll be when he realises you are his nanna!" me & DS & DH are so happy with our little bubba - and then she says something like that!! she'd made a beautiful little dress, for when i had my "girl", but had nothing for him when he turned out to be a boy. she's a sad woman.

got to go - cam is screaming - even though he's been feeding non-stop!! little piggy!
