Maya - congrats on passing your semester, you should be very proud of yourself! Hopefully this semeter (which does start Monday) will be a bit easier for you. A credit is nothing to be sniffed at! Healesville is not that far from me and I love heading up there, esp to the Healesville Hotel, the food is awesome. Fantastic news about DP getting some full time work. Sounds like the "grand plan" is starting to take shape and I'm sure with your determination, things will fall into the right place. How did you go at Drs, is Oscar OK?
Ali - good to hear you have settled into your new house, its so much fun making plans to do things around the house. Names you have picked are really nice and both go nicely with Tori. Work is going really well, I love being back. The mornings are hectic getting out the door but once I get there its all good. I enjoy having the day to myself and no kids, quite refreshing talking adult stuff all day!
Nic - WOOO HOOOO for you!!! Thats such fantastic news. It must be such a big weight off your shoulders now. Bet you can't wait to get out of MIL place, start counting down the days!!! Nice to have someone you know if your Melb place, at least you know they will look after it for you. Glad we could offer the support to you, we all need somewhere to go when times are tough, thankfully we have BB! Never feel guilty about venting in here, we are all hear to listen and help when we can.
Donna - Free Mars bar! I don't think I have heard of anyone winning one, well done! Funny if you won another free one from you free one lol!!!
Rory - I found life with 2 kids a bit scary at first and it was hard at the start (I had DH home for 6 weeks after Marley was born) but it doesn't take long to get into a routine and now things are so good now, I wonder what I was worrying about! I love watching my 2 girls playing and laughing together. You will still be able to find time to devote to Flynn, you just end up finding time. One of the traits of a 'supermum" LOL!! I am so envious of you, watching Dr Ross, he is such a big spunk!!!!
Julie - you have every right to be p!ssed off! Banks can be such a nightmare, esp with home loans. Thankfully you were able to find someone to help you but you are still inconvenienced by having to run around today. Hope it all works out.
Dee - how is Nathan?
Nothing much exciting happening here today. Needed to do grocery shopping but thought I would wait until Marley had her morning sleep, she normally wakes at 12ish but today she decided to wake at 1pm! After I gave her lunch, we were ready to go and then it decided to bucket down outside. We had to wait until 1.30 and even then it was still raining but not so heavy! I went to get my usual supply of chocolate and picked the Fruit & Nut one. While walking up the other aisles I thought to check if it had cashews in it - and it did. Never even thought about it before, so had to take it back and choose another one - Crunchie one!! I have to remember to be more careful. Marley is going really well with the dairy introduction. So far she has had 4mls of milk in her bottles and no reaction and today she had a teaspoon of yoghurt with no problems.
