Well the agent rang DH thismorning and we got the house. Ohhhhhhhhh big sigh of releif for me! suddenly i started feeling real positive toward the impending birth of my baby, trying for VBAC, being succesful at it but even if not hopefully holding a FT bub rooming in with me, its like its all going to come together! ive been awake since 4.30am thismorning thinking about things.
we get the keys next w/e, which is a busy w/e for me (have 2 tupp parties and a girls night out) but that atleast gives DH a chance to start taking some things from MIL house to their without us in his way. I'll go there on the Monday 23rd and start unpacking and DH will fly to Melb 28th and get all our furniture removed and up here.
We told MIL last night looks like we might be out... not sure if she was generally happy or not but she made comments like "oh good i can get my bedroom and my heater back" and "make sure u take all your food cause there is too much in the cubboards" and " i'll be taking all the lattice fencing down because i hate it"
so as much as she gets on my nevres we obviously get on her nerves i truely think this was our best move yet.
AND speaking with my neighbour in Melb who loves across the rd. The just sold their house and a while ago asked if we'd rent ours out. we didnt want to at the time but now we are thinking we may take the house off the market, rent it out to them (we fully trust them and know they'll look after our place) then their rent covers our rent (well not completley but enough)
Thanks girls for all your support over the last few months i often felt all i was doing was coming in here and complaining about my lifes issues and not really offering much support to anyone else.
