We've had a big day here today. A park near my sister's had been done up and the local council put on a do. The local footy club put on a sausage sizzle (gotta love a sausage sizzle dont yah!) There was a clown making funny balloons, some give aways for the kiddies and face painting. Although out of the sun was chilly it was a perfect day for it. Nixon had a couple of pics taken from the local newspaper dude, so he might be in next weeks local paper! exept he wouldnt smile for the oic so dunno how well they turned out, he was having a relaxing time on the swing.

Mel- glad to hear you day was less rushed today!
Amanda- i hope your DH knee op went smoothly. It must be worrying i am sure and i hope you have found some mind occupiers to keep you busy while he was in surgery. let us know how he goes.

forgot to mention, i bought a Hug a bub a few weeks ago. Ive only breifly watched the dvd so far but does it take long to gte used to it? DH thought i was silly buying it cause it looked "too complicated" for him maybe, im going to proove him wrong! I need something that is going to be snug and secure for bub and comfy for me because i still have to takle Nixon who will only be 18m when bub is here.
