Danni I use gripe water too. I find it works very well. The first time I gave it to Flynn he had been really whingy for ages and I was like "I've got nothing left to do", then I remembered that I'd gotten some gripe water so I thought...can't hurt. About a minute after I gave it to him, he had these 2 huge farts and promptly fell asleep!! So I definitely recommend it!

Sammi I wondered if there were any more Meburnites! It is a shame that everyone is so far apart. It would be great to be able to meet in person and and show off our bubs and whinge about stuff and laugh about stuff!

For those of you who've had windy bubs: How do you know if they have wind? Flynn has been badly out of sorts this last 2-3 days. Very cranky, bouts of very distressed crying almost to the point of hysterical, fussy at the breast, not sleeping, crying when he is layed down. He has never really had a prob with wind. Always burps and farts well! Any ideas what might be 'wrong' with him?

Better go...need food!!
