If I'm not sure about a certain food or drink, I wait until Emily has had a feed, then I'll eat or drink it. Just to be on the safe side. I've read that some foods can stay in your breastmilk for quite a few hours. I suppose it depends on what it is, and how much you have. Things like tea, coffee, sugary drinks etc stay in your breastmilk for quite a while.
I hope tonight is a better night for you all. The head comforter you've got will probably make him feel more secure and cuddly in bed.

I have both girls in bed now, so I'm off to have a milo as I'm craving one.
