Kristale - DS has had the little pimples all over his face and neck and they have just cleared up. They started to appear just after 4 weeks and have only just disappeared. My health nurse said they are normal and appear because the baby is getting rid of all my hormones that were in his system during the pregnancy and they go away by themselves. Every now and then I just wiped a little bit of my breast milk over them after a feed and this seemed to help.
