Just a quick update - though will probably jinx myself. She's asleep and has woken an hour after I put her to bed (as she normally does) and went back off straight away - so here's hoping....

Today was better, not great but better. She slept when she normally sleeps just for shorter times, but that's ok. I'm sticking with the routine and the wrapping so it's familiar and secure for her.
I did google that thanks nat, good thinking.
Cam went to the Darrel Lea factory today and bought me a 1kg bag of seconds - yummo, but don't even really feel like them. Going to scrapbook instead.
