Well, all 4 of us have been suffering with a cold in our household - thankgod we are over the worst of it. Horrible to listen to little Jasper snuffling at night.... Lucky for him he was able to sleep through most of it (unlike me). Then yesterday DH got a small peice of metal stuck in his eye which needed immediate surgery. Thankfully it all went well and his vision was not impaired at all.
Don't feel bad about the smack Boomba. We dont smack DS1 either, but the other day I snapped - he KNOWS we don't like him throwing food on the ground, and usually I take him out of his highchair and put him in his room for 5 when he does it, but this time he held up the food, gave me a cheeky smile and then threw the food over his shoulder. We have a serious ant problem too which makes it SO much worse. I think I was about as shocked as he was after I smacked him....I hope your little Flynn is ok.
