Ok so I spoke too soon, she did another 6 hour no sleep and screaming last night again. We were lucky we got to see the paediatrician today as their was a cancellation and he thinks she is lactse intolerant so have to send a smaple off and meanwhile I need to cut all dairy from my diet and have been prescribed zantac to give her for reflux. Im a bit upset because he did say if she is lactose intolerant and doesnt settle down with my diet then we may have to think about putting her onto a lactose free formula! I hope it doesnt come to this as I am thouroughly enjoying breastfeeding now it doesnt hurt anymore and the thought of stopping so soon upsets me. Im gonna research other options too! anyways, I have let her go 4 hours now without a feed (as I was told I may be overfeeding her too and need to go 4 hourly, not 3 hourly and feed for ess time) so Ive gotta go and feed her. Any tips girls????
