Kristie - Milo is doing the hitting thing too. As far as I know, only to me DH and my mum, he hasn't done it at creche. He also tries to bite me sometimes when I say no, or if I am holding him and he wants to get a way (like at getting dressed time or nail cutting time)

Well, I have a woohoo! Yesterday I had my performance review at work, and whie i thought I could have done better, I am getting payrise in April! yay. we don't get CPI payrises or anything as I am in the private sector, so its something of a rarity.
