That was my first thought, was it made up?? I really hope not cause for some reason it got to me all afternoon and I just kept hugging Nina and crying.

We had a great night here last night. In 10 hours, Nina only woke once!! That was at midnight. She woke up at 5 cause she was a little cold, I just rearranged her and she went back to sleep till 7.
And we're all better now too!!! She's ok to go to daycare tomorrow except for one little problem .... cause I was so exhausted for the past week I haven't been able to express on top of feeding her, so I only have 300ml in the freezer, not enough for daycare for tomorrow and Thursday. Hopefully I can get enough today for at least tomorrow.

nessa - it's great to hear that you and DH are sorting out your problems, and that you're getting to the bottom of things too. Thank you for sharing your story, I'm sure you feel better now that you've got it off your chest.
Do you know what is trigging the headaches, do you think it could be the medication your on? I get cluster migraines all the time so know how you're feeling.

kel - can't wait to see the announcement!!! Luckily Nina hasn't bitten down on me yet while feeding. Hopefully she never does either!

helenp - hi! Hope your gang is going well.

hi to everyone I've missed. Nina's gone to sleep so I'm gonna get stuck into rearranging the rooms. I'm moving her into the back room today or tomorrow, she'll have rainforest views!

maz - hope you don't have it for long, sucks doesn't it. How's Vy, is she sick or just you?

shell - that's weird about them choosing what colours you should wear. Hopefully the photos turn out ok though. We had family photos done in October, when Nina was about 10 weeks old and I hadn't lost enough weight so I hate them all! We're going to Emerald in July for my Aunty's 30th, so we're going to have her do some more then as all the family will be there (she's a photographer)

I am sooooooooo tired my eyes are hanging out of my head, even after a strong coffee. Went to bed at 11, bub went at 9. He had me up at 5am crying and fussing (must be the teeth) and didnt get him back down til 6:30, I eventually had to leave him with his stuffed shark and didi and walk out. He chattered for 5min and then zonked out til 9:30. Im still knackered though, I have NO idea where my energy has gone.

So I will be MIA today, everytime he sleeps Im going to sleep and see if that makes a difference.

Owww Helen! Prune it up baby! Can you get a whatsit that you put in your whatsit from your doctor? (I almost typed dorktor...probably been watching too much scrubs)

SNAP CADDIE!! Do mushrooms make you fart? I've never noticed it...Hungry Jacks Onion Rings though...pheweee! It is a real sign of love when Rans buys me onion rings...I remember the first time he experienced the dark side of onion rings...I was so embarrassed.

Oww Caddie, my libido sucks big time too...maybe we should share any tips/tricks/advice we have on raising our sex drives? Not that I have any really. Except don't go on the pill. In my case anyway.

ok I need tips on upping my libido too LOL, although we DTD its just like out of pity for jase OMG did I really write that

    I need a opinion

now as some of you are aware Jack is what most would call a very easy child, he sleeps thru he is very flexible in his routine, ie going out to tea, going away etc, he got 2 teeth with no problems

    ok opinion needed for this

when I go to mums group I feel on the outer for this very reason, they complain about sleep issues, feeding issues, teething etc, when I make a comment I get the look one of the girls even at me, ok I am the first to admit I have a great child, he has his moments like no day sleeps etc, but should i feel like my comments are not worthy of being heard becuase of this

    be honest please

See i knew there would be more of us.I just dont want to be the one embarrassed not having sex! My friends and i were the same when we had our first bubs, pretending all was fine, that bubs slept well blah, blah when it was a load of ****!!! Just took 6months too to open up our feelings.
Maybe chrissy can help with the sex department, she is a hornbag!(LOL)
Rach, your alowed to have your opinions. They are most likely envious and should be asking what you do for jack to settle so easy.I would love to know and i wouldnt roll my eyes.Perhaps saying all the negative bits makes them feel part of a club? Maybe at a meeting you should ask one thing about parenting and their babies that make them feel good and get off the negativity for at least one meetup.
So,my question to you girls, what do you love about having kids and your fav thing your children do that leave a smile on your dile.

Mine is: I love it when millana gives me a hug and tells me she loves me.I love it when she sings in the car.Its so cute and i did it all the time as a child.
Ruby has the most cheekiest smile ever!! She loves to be roughed up and thrown up in the air(gently) and giggles.
I love it when they are peaceful and sleeping too.

rach - I'll be honest here ... I have girlfriends who are always saying they have 'perfect babies'. They sleep through the night, when they're teething it doesn't bother them, they've never been sick, yada yada yada. And to be honest, I'm sick of hearing it. Every time I see them, I hear it. If I say Nina's had a bad night, they respond by saying 'oh ... I'm so lucky that ... sleeps through' When you've got a baby that doesn't sleep through the night, or whatever it is, you secretly envy those women that do have babies that sleep and don't want to hear them brag. Now I'm not saying that you sit there and brag, but if I have to hear my girlfriends brag about there babies any longer I'm gonna scream.
Anyway, that's my two cents worth.
Having said that though, your comments are worthy of being heard. Maybe when they've had a good night with bubs or when bubs has been really good for them, then make a comment about Jack being a good baby. Maybe just leave those comments to yourself when they're having a rough time. Just an idea.
ETA: Just thought I'd add I'm talking about girlfriends I have IRL, not on hear. I love to hear from you girls when you're bubs are behaving themselves. It's just these girlfriends of mine who think that a baby not sleeping through the night is a 'bad baby'!!!

To those who are clogged up and need to fart, I get like that heaps too. And I always get unclogged at the worst time, like when Heath wants to DTD or something. I'm very private in that regard and have never farted in his presence.

caddie - Nina is a squealer too. When she's really happy (mainly when having nappy-free time) she'll lay there squealing while playing. It's cute but sometimes annoying.

when he wakes in the morning and I go in and say morning sunshine and he gives me the most beautiful smile ever also when he has his bath and I pick him up we play (this sounds weird I know) shake the babay and I shake him to get rid of water he throws his head back and giggles

Jodi I think you have misinterpreted what I was saying I dont go on about jack being perfect, but when one of them says oh soso was horrible last nite or last week and I go to say maybe try this the other girl at me, I feel like because and yes you'll hate me saying it jack has been wonderful I am not able to give opinions or be excited about his teeth coming thru etc

    but never mind

PMSL about all the fart things, my introduction to Leith's family I had a coughing fit and farted right in the middle of their lounge room, talk about embarassing.

Rach as for not valuing your comments. I think you have a right to try and help them out if they are having issues, that's what a friend does, right?
grr just lost half a post.

Caddie.. i have 2 fav things. First is Jesse laughing. He's only just started to get into laughing and its just so gorgeous, makes me melt. The other is his cuddles, esp when he's asleep in his bouncer and i pick him up to take him to his cot. He puts his arms around me, one around my neck and im just so inlove, i just want to hold him like that all day.
Oh yep watching them sleep is just so priceless.

Jodi.. DH has never heard me fart either.. or burp. We even close the door when going to the bathroom!

Rach.. hun if they dont want your opinions let them have a screaming baby. I think thats rude of them. But youre more than welcome to throw any ideas our way if the time comes and we'll definately get exciting about Jack's teeth!! YAY! And thats exactly right! (what your sister said)

    Gotta go organise the meal.
