We have both reached out to each other as we both have bubs around the same age. I Although I know it will be slightly awkward as we were not that close but I know it will get easier if we keep meeting up for lunch now and again.

There are a few good websites around for job hunting. He could try jobsearch.gov.au or we have thewest.com.au which is our local paper online. Maybe he could try the website for your states paper? Has he joined up with a job placement agency?? I worked at an employment agency and we offered interview skills, resume assistance and motivation seminars. It sounds like he needs some motivation??
