Alison - Yikes, pregnant with a 4 month old! I can't even begin to imagine how it would be with just over 1 year old and a newborn. Scary. We'll definitely be using condoms, I'm not brave enough to trust BFing for contraception.

Tilda - Maybe I'm too free spirited but I let Liam sleep whenever and for how long he likes. I figure he'll settle in to his own patterns when it suits him. He's a great sleeper though, so I guess it would be different if we were struggling. Glad to here BS's burping technique works for you, it's great isn't it?

AFM - Well I got most of the way through my power yoga, geez, I've really got some work to do. Reckon I'll be sore tomorrow! I managed to get Liam to feed for 30 mins this afternoon, but he's already starting to look hungry again and it's only been 2 hours. Maybe he's just a snacker like his mum.
