MBP we thought we'd get Matilda a T-shirt when we get a diagnosis that says "I have Asperger's, my mum needs chocolate, not advice" hehehehe. Goodluck with assessments.

Sarah... as a teacher yourself you must be so angry and frustrated.

Mel I hope that the start of everything doesn't leave you too frustrated. J is an amazing soul and it would be so lovely for you to be able to unlock some of those things or understand some quirks better.

Maz :hugs: family heh? I'm so glad your soul sister can help you. I am so glad to be here because I feel like I have people around me now who don't judge but who are helping.

I have one friend whose children are hard to socialise with for us, and who is often saying to me "but my kids need to be themselves with Matilda... not have to change to play with her" whenever M has a meltdown because they don't share or understand something. I feel like saying "don't we as adults adjust our behaviour for who we are around, do we act the same with babies as we do with a groupd of girls on a night out (wait.. whats that again?) Why shouldn't we teach our children to start now?"
