It doesn't sound at all like something QLD Health would have a regulation on. I just went to the site and searched - nothing. You can do that, go look through the site and see. That particular hospital might have a "policy" or a recommendation but that's different to a regulation. Next time you're going to your hospital why don't you ask to see a copy of their regulation, just for your own interest?
