i'm so in tears and disgust as i read your post.
how can someone without a heart or conscience run a day care centre????
amongst all the carers, you;'d think someone has a conscience!!
and the other parents shouldnt keep their children there either..w hat if this happened to their child next.

im so so sorry you had to go through all this! gawd, it makes so angry just reading about how flippant they were..
are the police involved? gawd, i feel like just going there and punching their faces and so they'd know what your baby was going through..

you could write to the papers and name and shame the centre as well.
