Divvy - you will find as you are cutting back on sugar that you will crave it. If you can work through it and get over the withdrawal you will feel so much better for it. Took me about 3 days last time I did it. I used to have a sugar free lolly to help get me though, downside of them is the artificial sweeteners that can have a laxative effect (been there), but they can be handy to get you through the hump.
