Jody - It costs $750 to start and nothing else after except your bloods which are $20 each from Douglas, Hanly & Moir Pathology. You get these at 4 weeks, 12 weeks and then every 4 weeks again until finish (Sassy, correct me if I am wrong, I don't have my dates in front of me atm)
Oh... it doesn't have to be a lump sum payment, but I think it costs about $100 more to have everything set up to do it over a payment plan. TBH, it is the best money I have ever spent.
I find it really easy to stick to once I get past the first week or so... detox usually goes for a week, sometimes only 3 days. Once detox is over and a routine has been established it is easy to stick with. The motivation to keep going is wear clothes you thought would end up being given to charities because they were too small, and then getting back into them (that's me today!)
My cm's losses have been phenomenal, and I am just shy of having lost 15kgs in 6 weeks.
I know my kg losses could have been greater had I been getting more sleep (yep... the more sleep, the more you lose, and quicker! Great stuff)
