Go Sopdet!!! Start with the 4km and next time aim for the 8km. Wouldn't want to carry an injury to your holiday
Not sure what is going on this week. I am feeling really sluggish and am always starving. I mean straight after I have finished my dinner I'm starving. I'm eating all day long and can't satisfy my hunger. I am drinking 1.5 - 2 litres of water. I'm varying my diet. I am making sure I mainly eat filling and healthy foods and eating nearly my entire points allowance (i have a 40 point allowance due to b/f). Any ideas ladies?

Everyone else, sorry I can't read back and have a shocking headache!! Food still a problem here, wish i could just STOP myself eating bad stuff :headwall: Exercise has stalled too because of my shin splints but am going to have to join the gym I think so I can get some bike and swimming in while my shin gets better.

Have a great weekend all!

that is how slow my running is. My bestie messaged me this week to tell me she did the same loop as we did in 19 mins (I took 37mins), she wasn't saying it to gloat, but to give me something to work towards.
Might try to do something light this afternoon before I head to the hairdressers (suppose I could walk briskly around Chaddy this afternoon to burn some cals). I will do a prinny loop tomorrow, don't care how slow it is I'm going to use RunKeeper to measure me door-to-door (the joys of living near the park means getting to and from the park is my warm up & warm down). Am also going to walk home every day next week on top of my morning exercise.
Kim I have been the same but you know what, the fact that we can recognise it before it's too late is really important. In the past I would have a terrible week like I have had then keep going until I have gained lots of weight, instead I have realised I have fallen badly off and will get back to it.
