Being a qualified pt and gym instructor I found a lot of bad behaviours were being shared on the ck forums (but this was in late 2009, so it may have changed). And some ppl were saying some absolutely ridiculous things when it came to losing weight, plus there were a lot of posts were other ppl were just plain bullied - it used to be quite toxic.




) but I was heavier to start. Then with my second I was determined not to gain too much, and put on 10kg (still got GD too lol). Seriously though, without meaning to be discouraging, it can become unrealistic fast if you don't feel well in first tri. I found I was just living on rice crackers and all my thoughts of healthy eating went out the window. So I think it's great to aim for, but don't beat yourself up if you can't do it as well as you'd hoped - main thing is to look after you and your little bean.
. It doesn't matter to let it go for a day or so and pick it up when you can. I stop-started a few times at the start of this year (was too hard, DH sick etc) but then finally started - and I've found that forgiving myself for bad day/week/weekend allows me to move on much better & just focus on what I want to do. Coming in here has helped with that too.
