Righto... forgot to weigh in this morning...mondayitis...

Will weigh tomorrow morning & report!!!!

I was good & did a half hour walk friday lunchtime then 20 mins on exercycle on firday night...

Went 45 min walk with pram on Sat morning & got huge blisters... stupidly wore new shoes!!!

Yesterday had a rest day... feet needed it!!!

Today... went for 30 min walk at lunchtime & have awua aerobics class tonight....

Better show on the scales tomorrow!!!!!
