MG that sux! I know what it's like when you are in the groove and have to stop training... I remember about 5 years ago I used to get ot the gym every day at 5:30am and if I got called into work early I was sooooo mad so can't imagine being told to take 10 days off! You'll be back into it in no time

, it was good, just a few family members, the cake turned out to be a fruit flan type thing so i think thats better then actualy cake? Am i right? Or just wishful thinking?

I know what you mean about wishing you could eatwhat you want and just work out to make it happen - that was always the way I did it in the past (used to do triathlons)... helped me justify all the carbs I wanted lol! But, once you've lost the weight, you'll be able to do that more so, its so different losing as opposed to maintaining. You CAN do it, i'm cheering for you big time
