Not mych of a video workout person, although I own tiebo and have a yoga dvd as well. I love the yoga one I'm just not motivated enough to do it, plus my house isn't the appropriate size for doing these things.

Bec I live in marong Rd, not far from Spotlight. I did WW at home a few years ago, as I'm not one for attending meetings and I did quite well at it, but I didn't really use the resources they sent me.
more than happy to meet maybe for some walking or something, but I don't drive so it's difficult for me to get anywhere, I'm also quite shy so you would want to be a good talker to not get bored with me oh and I'm going to be back at work as at january 7th.

Krysalyss, I have avoided our local library for many years as I'm sure the last books I borrowed went back at least 6 months late and I don't want to pay the fines, lol, maybe I can re-join with my married name, just have to lie about having being a member before.
