I am not doing any particular eating plan - I call mine the 'cut the crap' approach. Just eat as much good stuff as you can and cut the crap stuff as much as possible!!

I did 10 hours of gardening and cleaning without a break - not sure what has come over me since New Year - everything is spotless in my house.......at least I am burning calories.....

Tomorrow I want to do more gardening and finish off the little cleaning that is left in the lounge.....
