    Good ole NZ !!

    ThursdayWater
    7x 750ml bottle water

    Drinks
    1x Coffee - milk no sugar


    Breakfast
    Bowl All bran cereal with milk

    Snacks
    6x rice crackers
    2 apricots
    2 nectarines


    Lunch
    Chicken strog pasta - naughty but nice LOL

    Dinner
    Banana
    Nectarine
    Apricot


    Exercise
    15 mins on bike - 6km WOOHOO!!!
    2 km on x trainer - 6 mins
    6 mins of ab exercises ..... oooowwwie


    I Have set myself a goal to do at least 10 mins on either the bike or x-trainer a night... or even better on both...
    Also need to get into my ab routine too...
