OK girls - I'm joining in.

Current weight: 72kg
Goal weight: 64kg

Did lite n easy for a week but was STARVING as I'm bf. So I'm kinda doing WW points, but not going to meetings. Because I'm bf I'm giving myself 26 a day, sometimes more. I'll be back at the gym in a week, so that should help. Swimming & running are my preferred exercise.
