Ah, my mother wants to be loved by Liebs more than me, so she's "super-gran" constantly. She wants him to want her over me. That's sick, IMO. It's not "being loving" it's trying to oust your daughter. My sister disagrees and points out that she only sees Liebs rarely so wants him to enjoy himself.
Which is why I'm confused - am I reading the situation incorrectly? And I do remember her getting cross when I wanted ketchup, not saying "it's good for you" and giving me more ketchup than food. So why do it with Liebs then lie and say she did it with me?
