And that's why it's about letting yourself start to get into the mood, which I think often (I for one, anyway) women sometimes to not do.

Sex is only one part of the equation, it's just the part of the equation highlighted for the purposes of this topic. Basically if I can convince one woman to look at her hubby/partner and think about DTD and maybe actually give him a nod and a wink and enjoy herself and see a little bit of a glint in his (and her) eyes in the morning, then my job is done.
