He he MG - I only walked today, albeit for 1.5 hrs, uphill / downhill and gradual hills....and then stretching my hurting sacroilliac joint - thats kinda resting, isn't it? .
Hun, you can reclaim your body and free it from injury. It will take time and effort - but that makes the reward so much more tastier . I totally understand the apprehension of re-injury, but you know what, to me, life is about giving it a good shake around the neck - and hey, if you fall down, you get back up, dust yourself off and get back on it again. Aim for the moon, if you miss at least you'll reach the stars.
Imagine NOT exercising and working towards getting injury free, imagine gaining extra weight, imagine how much harder it would be to live each day, where picking up your own DD is a challenge, not to mention how much more damage you could do to your existing injuries by putting on extra weight on it.

Winter - I think its great that you check in with us daily, it brightens my day to see the thread update each morning - that someone has gotten out there and gotten active! Well done you . Lol, I'm on FB too if you need reassurance I'm not some robot on the end of the computer .

Heather - great work - sounds like you are turning into a les mills junkie too!! .
