Oh! I just found this homebirth chat thread

I'm planning my first homebirth in November this year. Second baby- I had our son at the Mercy FBC.

The respose I've had so far has been really positive. Mostly friends who have commented on FB who know I was huge in plugging the right the home birth rallies and petitions etc so they wouldn't dare question me It will be interesting as it comes up with strangers I guess. I will be telling the people at my work placement this week that I'm pregnant and I'm sure they'll all faint when they hear I'm planning a home birth. The medicalised talk of birth that I've heard there already is amazing.
