Well I am an Aunty. here is the announcement. you may notice the little men in our posts, up in the top right corner? well that tells you our MSN details. i will not post it here as i have enough spam emails coming through but feel free to add me if i am online her i am on MSN, but i like to appear offline coz otherwise i get millions of windows open!

The girls are doing great atm, Sarah has been driving me a bit nuts in this heatwave, so i am trying to relax and i really need to sleep after the restless sleep i got last night coz i kept checking my phone.

Aaaargh I hate house hunting, I found the PERFECT house, but it's in the wrong area

Brendan is feeling better today, well he's back to his usual annoying self, lol...

I'm not sure, i havent spoken to Danni much. she is very little though, well below the 10th percentile for her gestation. hope she has no special needs, it is not easy being an SN mummy. we will hopefully visit tomorrow depending on how much rest Danni has had and how Jacinta is. we will give our girls to DH's parents as the neonates dont allow children in unless it is siblings and then only for a short time, as little kids can get a bit full on especially in a very emotional area. Have to remind DH to ring his mum about it. i cant wait to see if she has lots of Red hair! (my bil is a carrot top, and i am a bit too) Sarah looks like Danni and it would be funny if Jacinta looks like me. I am planning an early night as i only got 4 hours of broken sleep last night coz I kept checking my phone. we have bought Bil a framed soprano's print (he is a big fan) Danni a nice candle, some bath bombs and some soap roses, so she can have some relaxation time, and Jacinta some tiny clothes - pants, a top, socks and a little hat. she will have heaps of bigger clothes from our girls as she grows but both of mine have been much bigger.

Yeah thats a good rule though... not only because children are not the best to handle emotional situations, but also children carry more germs than adults... it's more to protect the babies in the SCN.

    I hope everything is alright

Ok so i went to tell my parents but we chickened out because we didnt know how to tell them so we just kept everything casual

So now i think we will wait until after we have been to the appointment wednesday just so we are sure it wasnt a false positive & its all confirmed.. i am hoping he will give me a referral for a dating scan but we will what month i am due

Trini - I'm not arguing with your decision, but, these are just my suggestions...
If you're worried your parents might flip, you may be better to tell them now, because IF you go to them and tell them you are say, 10 weeks pregnant, they may think you've been hiding it from them, regardless of what you say about not knowing. At least if you tell them before the dating scan, you've given them the forewarning that you don't actually know, iykwim? Your parents may be good about it, but they may flip even more if they think you've been hiding it.

Also, they'll generally tell you it's 48hrs for your bloods - have you booked a second appointment for two days afterwards?? - because if you're doc is booked out now, chances are he will be then, so that's another week say on top of it... unless your clinic gives results over the phone... but then he has to refer you for a scan, which could make it another week or two...

I know you might be able to get in quicker than that, but just something to think about...

Hope you don't take offense! And good luck with what you do decide

Sally- yeah Sophies going great, couldnt believe shed put on 510g. I hope Brendan is doing better. Good luck with finding somewhere to rent, were looking at the moment too because Chris wants a dog and we dont have a fenced yard here its all open. But the landlords happy for us to stay here for as long as we like. What tattoo is Nigel getting?.

Ali- congrats on being an aunty, how come bubs is in neonatal?. Hopefully you get some decent sleep soon.

Trini- In my honest opinion tell your family when your both ready, and if that happens to be after you've been to the dr then so be it, i know i waited until i'd seen the dr even though i was sure i was UTD. If your family ask why you didnt tell them sooner be honest with them and say well we only just found out ourselves. My dr is the same if you need blood work done they make room/time for you to go back and get the results they dont give them over the phone.

Liz- yeah my little madam is getting big quick, maybe a little too quick as far as i'm concerned haha. I can only imagine what Sophie will weigh next week, i dare say i wont be needing the newborn nappies after next week haha.

Kass- yeah shes well on track, the dr was impressed with her response to him clicking his fingers. She is definately growing too quick shes into 000 now, although they are a little big they fit better than the 0000 which were getting a little tight.

Krissy- im sorry it was a BFN this month, all the best with TTC next month. Has AF reared her ugly head yet?, i hope otherwise you are fine hows your little man?.

I think i've added most of you guys to my MSN, mines on for most of the day (although i dont just sit infront of the laptop). If i missed anyone let me know.

Question: What does everyone use for nappy rash/redness on bubs bum?

Ash - i have taken no offense to anything you say..i value what you have to say & i know what you mean well i guess i will have to tell them 2moz after work! i know they will go through all the emotions but my parents will be excited but DF's parents on the other hand are different coz they are italian but im sure they will be happy

My doctors surgery gives the results over the phone & if you need an appointment to follow up results they have a slot when you can..which is usually only a day or 2! i hope that i can get into the dating scan asap so i know how far along i am

Tryinglikecrazy - im sorry about your BFN..sending you heaps of hugs

    Hey ladies

Having a great weekend, hope you guys are too

Brendan was looked after by MIL today... yay some free time! I went down to Midland and he got himself a tat... it isn't finished yet, they were only able to do half. But it looks wicked!!

Brendan's cold is almost gone... still slightly sniffly. He only woke once last night and that was at midnight for a nappy change. Woohoo!!

Enjoy your weekends... i'll be back on Monday.

    Take Care

Have just posted an update on Danni and Jacinta.

Sally, hope everything went well with this part of the tat, he better not decide he doesn't want the rest because it hurt too much!
How did the mil handle having a sick brendan?

Well i ended up changing my me time to next fortnight because I have spent sooo much on presents for Jacinta, and of course her parents! I bought danni some relaxation stuff so she can get some me time too. But i am not really in need of me time right now, just some sleep

Mil is finally listening to me when I tell her not give Sarah drinks within an hour of bed time or we will have to change her sheets in the morning! finally! Oh and Sarah did the cutest thing at their house! Mil let her water the lawn! she was doing it all by herself too! she kept switching between doing the whole lot and doing it really close to the ground on the dirth paches! Thank God we had no mud pies made for us!

well, i think that is enouch chat from me for now, i have received 2 MSN requests so far but am too lazy to come find you all, so feel free to add me. general rule of thumb = if I am on here, then i am on MSN but appearing offline.
