No probs and no need to return favours i had so many people help me out on this site when i had my ep and i think it why i recovered so quickly, it just helps to have people going through similar things. I really hope you are doing ok, you are doing the right thing giving yourself tthe time you need, but dont be a stranger on here keep in touch it really helps to talk through your feelings without feeling like your being judged.
