Dreamrise, I asked for the numbers. If you're switching to an antagonist protocol (which it sounds like if there's no synarel) I found I responded much more quickly on that protocol without increasing my dose. It was also the cycle that gave us the most eggs ever (although, that was only 7 instead of 5/6 - my ovaries are stubborn). As for stress affecting the outcome, this cycle we were burgled, my Dad had a cancer scare and we had the EDD from our early m/c (today). It's the most stressed I've ever been (was completely overwhelmed to be honest and just about at the point of refusing to get out of bed) and it's our first IVF BFP. Just do all the things you've been told and you'll give yourself the best chance you can.
