Hi Everyone,

Just a question I would like to throw out there for all your thoughts...

Do you give up caffeine all together in the ttw and/or ttc time?

I know there are some people out there that do this. I have cut right back, tried to reduce my intake, no coffee, no coke, just one cup of tea a day. But I am wondering if it is all worth it.....?

I have done some reading and found that the official guideline is no more than 1 cup a day. So why is would you give it up altogether??

What are your thoughts????
