mako - that's a really nice thing for your MIL to offer. I'm not sure what I would do in that situation, depends on what type of relationship you and your DH have with her. At least it gives you another option, but you are right - holding that little baby in your arms will be all worth it, no matter how much it costs.

BW - how are you going with the metformin today? I'm suppose to take mine 3 times a day, but never remember and still I get the side-effects. I've always been told to take them with my meal to reduce the side-effects, but when I mentioned this at my last appt my FS said to take them after my meal, and I might feel better - and it has been a little bit better, but not much.

How is everyone else going? Still very quiet in here - must be the holidays!
