Hi, I just buy the rapid rise Tandaco yeast and make up the recipe on the back for bread and do it by hand. I does not take that long and it is a good work out. Then I just divide it out and roll out on a floured board and top it with what you want. Into a hot oven until cooked and golden.
If I am in a hurry I use a scone dough recipe for the base. Roll it out in the same way as a yeast dough, top and cook it in the same way. You can make it thick foccacia style or thin and crispy. This still tastes just as delicious as the yeast variety. Enjoy Sam
