i suffered severe hymensis with my twins and was on 4 zofran tabs a day and still vomiting- 1 lost 20kg whilst pg
last time i was pg with my angel i was vomitting the same amount but didn't want to go on zofran again so tried actupunture.
I went from vomitting 14 times the day before to none in one session!!!
    it was amazing!
i vomited only about once a day after that until my next treatment- heaps easier to handle
would highly recommend seeing actupuncturists - esp who is a specialist in OB/GYN

Thanks Ladies - I've been doing some research on HG also - at this point well atleast today I have managed to keep some food down - I've moved up to Maxolon also but am yet to take them today.

I'm going to see my naturopath again in the hope that I can take something more pregnancy friendly - she mentioned some wonder herbs from Germany so I'll be sure to keep you posted how it pans out

Unfortunately any time I've had acupuncture done I've ended up vomitting - regardless of what the treatment was for- so have to admit that I am a little reluctant to try this again - however if push comes to shove I will give it another go.

The pharmacist mentioned Zofran to me the other day - but I've got my fingers and toes crossed it doesn't get to that point.

Thanks for all your feedback it's been lovely to hear that I'm not the only suffering pregnant woman on earth - thanks heaps

    so i am normal...
i know how you feel, i just hate this sickness feeling i wish it would stop!

i haven't been able to get to work in the past two days because of really severe morning/day/night sickness... I too went to the GP and he prescribed maxalon, but i wanted to know if it was safe for the baby before i took it?
