Hi everyone, it's been so long since I've been on so I have heaps to catch up on.

Firstly Ltl Panda - all the best for today hun, look forward to reading about your little bubba.

Mako - sounds like Sage is doing extremely well considering he was such a little fella when he was born & well done with the sleeps, that is fantastic.

Sazz - most babies I find have a horrible period around 3 weeks, I think it has something to do with that they are finally 'awake' & I think their tummies start playing up with digesting the milk & get lots of wind which can sometimes be really bad.

You're having 5-6 hours sleep a night that is really good, hopefully your little princess will continue this for you.

Well we have had 3 births in the family & 3 birthdays as well in the last 2 weeks so that may have something to do with the fact I haven't had time to be on BB.
We have also had a break from the 38 degree heat so we've been making the most of it while we can.

So 2 weeks ago Jenna slept for 8 hours in a row for two nights, it was so exciting but then she hasn't done it since & is still getting up at least once sometimes twice a night but at least we know she can do it so we will just wait.

She is at such a cute stage atm with all the smiles & the occasional laugh, she is also just talking away all the time.

It's funny we couldn't wait for her to start mumbling away & now we realise it's never going to be quiet again in our house because I think she's going to take after her mother in the chatting department, lol!!!

Hello to Satya, Nic, Kimbe, Lenny, Marcellus & anyone else I have forgotton.

Hey Ltl P - congrats on your little man, sounds wonderful, despite the massive 2+ day effort to actually hold him in your arms. DH just explained club foot to me. He said there is such great medical progress these days the little fella will be up and running around before you know it!

Nic, TL and everyone else with the idiotic comments, it's a given i think. Our brains turn to mush but everyone else gets their foot stuck in their mouths. Sounds like your all handling them well though.

Lenny, glad about the body feeling. I'm the same most days, its really the clothing that gets me down a bit, but overall i can sit/lay and just rub and stare at my exposed belly I love it. I've had the coments from not showing to really showing and try to take each one in my stride as a positive! So long as DH and I are able to still enjoy the changes what does it matter.

Well, still counting down for labour to start (i know it's still pre EDD but i'm keen as mustard for this to happen, particularly having heard Ltl P's wonderful announcement!!!). Have been having some lower end cramping of a night which gets me excited but it is gone by morning. Yesterday had some diahorrea and very little movement from bubs which also got me a little excited, but, bodily functions are normal again and bubs is moving around freely. Braxton Hicks are on the increase big time, but not accompanied by regularity or increased pain so i know they're not the real contractions either (bummer). Really, I am probably reading into everything a little too much but can't help it. Sorry!

Mind you, my sister is just as eager as i am and is sending me some Clary Sage Oil which is meant to bring on labour by opening the cervix, whilst also help with pain relief, but I don't think i'll open it for a smell/massage until labour has actually started, i believe it is quiet a potent oil. One you shouldn't be exposed to at all pre 37weeks.

Anyway, sorry for blabbering on, I hope all your belly's are growing wonderfully and that people are feeling well. And all the best with any Ob/midwife visits etc.

We were told that it's a good one to massage or burn while in the hospital, but yes, very potent too apprently.

You need curry for dinner and lots of DTD! (and honestly, do you feel like having either!!!)

Yeay Little Panda, big congrats on your little man and give yourself a medal for 50hours.......holy cow and im sure everything will work out with his poor little foot, you definitely sound like a mum in love, im so looking forward to that feeling.

Kimbe - have you tried raspberry leaf tea (i think), I was reading a thread in here about it some say it works well, but who knows!!

Lenny - lol I cant think of anything worse than curry or dtd and thats now, I think if dh even looks at me at 39 weeks, i'll have to slap him

Well i have my glucose test tomorrow at the hospital and my next appointment, finally. I feel massive but actually havent put on that much weight in the last month. And bubs is so low, my belly is actually jutting out from my button downwards, but i do like looking at it moving, dh still hasnt felt her but he at least now believes me when she moves

Also getting paranoid about her coming early, i am really getting over being pregnant, but I really need to keep working till end of April. So I just know I will be early, tis murphy law and I still have no cot, couldnt find one I liked and just got frustrated with it all, so im still looking if you have any suggestions that would be awesome.

You all sound good, hope your all going well

Well done Lttl Panda. 50 hours you are a legend and no drugs. Can't wait to hear his name.
I'm sure his little foot will be ok hun. I'm pretty sure its the same thing that Sage has except we've been told the medical name for it I think. Just want to let you know that we don't need to go back to physio until Sage is walking just to check everything is fine.Maybe the physio will do the trick for your little man too and maybe he won't need the surgery. Even if he does need it there is so much that can be done these days.
Take care and look after yourself

Lismith I just want to let you know that we have the King Parrott "Alice" cot. I love it. Its made by Boori but is a lot more affordable. I'm pretty sure we paid around $290 for it at Babies Galore.

Kimbe Wow you've only got a week to your EDD. I am looking forward to seeing a B/A from you and then chatting away in the parenting thread

Hi to you all. Hope you are all ok.
