A great and easy recipe for regular sausages is

Cut sausage down the middle (but not all the way through

Make stuffing (like roast chook stuffing) I just use the packet one.
Push the stuffing into the cut down the sausage
Lay a half slice of bacon on the top and bake in the oven

Easy and so nice
