I don't know whether it's possible, but I would also recommend trying to move past the immediate hurt and hone in on the longterm view - it doesn't sound as though the situation with him is going to be workable, you can do this on your own - how can you have a good life on your own, etc.

Your baby needs love, family and friends and for his Mum to have a support network. The involvement of the person whose sperm contributed to his c onception is not compulsory.
