    Hi everyone
sorry i haven't posted in ages!! I'll have to catch up!

I just have to write about this horrible lady that came into work today.
She came up to the counter and asked how i was. I said ok. she then asked "so are you over it yet?" !!!!!!!! I just stared at her and said 'excuse me?' so she said it again. i told her that i really don't think this is some thing you EVER get OVER!! she said oh i've had 3 miscariages and believe me you do get over it!!. OMG what a psyco!!!! who the hell does she think she is??? No mother acts like that!! I would be suprised if she even has children let alone ever having a miscariage!!!
    I am sooooooooooo furious!!!

sorry about the ranting, i really had to get that out!! i really can't believe her!

my love to all. I'll catch up later, i need to go out to see Riley right now and calm down!

Hi everybody, just dropping in very quickly to say Hi and welcome to the new ladies, and wishing you never had to find this corner of the world, big hugs. There is far to much for me to catch up on so I am not going to even try!
AFM we still have a stubborn little breech bub, just like it's brother's so I have a c-section booked for the 29th May, can't believe it is so close now! Just to top off the crazy lady hormones we put in an offer on a house with all these extra conditions thinking they wouldn't accept, THEY DID! So now on top of having a baby I have 60 days to try and sell our house! Oh well, will see what happens!

Hi, just a quick one to say:

Berry, I've been told by a naturopath and a natural fertility practitioner to keep taking the vitex until I get a BFP but not during pregnancy.

Hasn't worked this time for me yet. Started getting spotting yesterday only 5 days after ovulation, and a temperature drop (not enough progesterone). Not happy'!

BBL to read and write more!

    xx Bec.

Thanks Bec. I will definetly have to see a GP or naturopath soon to make sure I'm doing the right thing. I have gone off GP's to be honest, so will try and find a good naturopath or natural fertility practioner near me. I've never heard of a NFP before, any hints on how to find one? Sorry to hear about the spotting v. annoying for you. Are you wanting to go the natural route as in my reading I found moving to drugs like clomid can really help, but I suspect you are well versed in all of that.

Hi Samcougar, I'm sorry about your awful experience, some people are just unbelievable. Weren't they ever told as children that if you dont' have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all! Just ignore her hun, she doesn't know what she is saying.

AFM, just hoping that these herbs work. Do feel a tad worried given I decided to take them without professional advise (not like me at all), but DH seems to think that they can't hurt given there natural and I'm taking the right dose etc.

Helen, I can't believe you are almost there hun, congratulations, very exciting that the c-section is booked for this month! All the best with the selling & buying of houses, I hope it all works out for you.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

    Hi everyone!

Berry, You could ask Kerry, who I saw, if she knows of anyone in Sydney. Her details are at WWB Introduction to Natural Fertility Awareness and Menstrual Wellbeing
Some naturopaths also specialise in fertility.
There's also probably some area of Belly Belly where you could ask for recommendations.

I would consider using Clomid. But I'm prepared to give the natural stuff a bit of time first.

Helen, thanks for the welcome! You must be so excited about bubs!

Bec, so sorry to hear about the woman at work. If you are not 'over it' (as if we ever could be) and she thinks she is, then you are clearly grieving much better than her! If she ever mentions it again maybe you could let her know that denying her grief will only end up making her physically sick or paying for it in some other way later

Got AF today. 23 day cycle. What's with that?! Maybe I did ovulate on day 14. If it gets unpredictable I might need to do ovulation testing. I've never bothered with that before.

Had a great day yesterday. The Nurturing our memories day was really good. Did meditation and laughter yoga, got a shoulder massage, did some scrapbooking and made a memory card. And I talked about Luca and everyone else's babies all day. Then last night a girlfriend and I went to the singalong sound of music which was my mother's day present from DH. It was a hoot.

Then today I was walking home from the Footscray shops and I ran into one of the women who was at the nurturing day yesterday. She lives in the next street from me!! I'm very happy about that.

    Baby dust to all.

    xx Bec.

    Hi Everyone,

Some of you may have read my post that I had doubts about TTC again. Well In the last couple of weeks I have done a bit of 'soul searching' you may call it and I have decided I am ready.. Well Put it this way, as ready as I will ever be.. I don't think I will be anymore ready if I wait another 6 months or so anyway.. When I asked DP what he thought he said it is up to me... I reminded him he is part of it too, but he still said the decision is mine..

So, I took my last pill last week, AF came as it should have so now I am just waiting to finish and see what my cycle will do.. I don't expect to get a BFP anytime soon really as I took 3yrs to concieve the twins then I have had the depo shot which can apparently can take longer than the said 3 months to leave your system..

I have started to feel a little bit more normal and trying to look to the future. I started a new job today.. I guess I gave myself 6 months to fall apart.. I could easily stay in this big black hole of grief but I wont let myself! 6 months is enough...

Today is my babies 6 month birthday. It seems like yesterday that they were born and died! Well thats all from me, I have scanned some of the posts, but for tonight I just thought I would come and say hello to everyone that will be travelling this journey with me..

    Hi all,

Dee, so sorry to hear that. How disappointing for you. Hoping for you anyway, if not this time then very soon.

Blessedatlast, hi, lovely to 'meet' you. Six months is a big milestone. What a big time for you - deciding to TTC, starting a new job, and your angels' 6 month anniversary. Hope things happen a lot faster for you this time.

AFM, feeling down. Always seem to be lately. I've been sadder and sadder going to my daughter's day care to drop her off and pick her up on thursdays, as no one has ever mentioned Luca except for the centre manager who I asked to let people know. So today I showed a couple of the carers my photos of Luca. One said 'don't worry, you can have another one' and the other was a little more sensitive but seemed to be wondering why I was showing her. I just need a bit of special attention! I'm going back to work in August and I would have been settling Luca into day care around now. But he's not here.

Today I went to visit a mum who lost her first daughter a couple of years ago - she lives in the next street. She told me that another lady across the road just lost her first. I couldn't believe it - three of us. We must live a maximum of 10 houses from each other - I can practically see their houses from my front yard.

Baby dust and gentle days to all.

    xx Bec.

Welcome to our thread Blessesatlast, I have read about your story in another thread, and am so sorry for your loss . Good for you for deciding to look to the future, sometimes we need to make those conscious decisions to move forward. Of course you'll never forgot your twins, but I hope that you get to hold your earth angel very soon, hoping your ttc journey is a quick one this time, you never know

Cindee, great to hear from you and that Miranda is doing well. I'm sure its been a stressful time for you over those past 3.5 months, but glad that she is now in the 'newborn phase'. Enjoy it.

Dee, how did the BT go hun, thinking of you

Beata hope you are well hun.

AFM, waiting for O to be confirmed then fingers crossed during the TWW.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

    hi ladies,
welcome blessedatlast. i have read your story also and just wanted to say how beautiful your little boys are, i have also just passed my baby girls 6mth birthday the time just seems to go so quickly.
thanks for all your thoughts girls but the blood test results were also negative so we have one little embryo left and then we are going to have a little break from ivf but not from ttc lol, just maybe make the whole dtd a little bit more romantic again and get my body back for myself for a little while. Hope everyone is going really well . belly rubs to all our pregnant girls and sticky vibes to all us ttc.

    Hi all,

Dee, so sorry your embie didn't stick. I'm glad you have a plan... it must be so hard to know what to do next. I'll have everything crossed that your last embie is the one.

    Berry, baby dust to you!

Nothing new from me... wish I could speed this whole thing up. The grief, the TTC...

    xx Bec.

    Hi darling girls

I'm back on line! Sorry I have been away so long. Got my stitch put in last Friday and all went well. My OB kept me in until Monday on IV antibiotic drips to ensure no nasties were lurking in my system that could cause any problems and have been on couch rest all this week. He is also keeping me on oral antibiotics for 5 days every month for risk of infection - I think it's the same infection JAS was talking about in an earlier thread.
So, am on a progesterone pessary a day, antibiotics 5 days every month plus I have my stitch - surely this little one will make it to my due date right? Oh how I am praying

Jo, how did you feel after the stitch was in? I don't feel anything stitch-like "down there" but I do feel a little pressure and pain at times. Normal or not?

Dee, I am so very sorry to for your BFN this month my sweets. Lets pray that your last little embie is the one. Enjoy special together time with DH until you're ready again. We'll all be here cheering you on.

Blessedatlast, welcome to the thread and I am so very sorry for the loss of your precious babies. I hope your time with us is short and you get your earth baby very soon.

Cindee, I was actually thinking of you the other day wondering how you and little Miranda were going. So happy to hear she is doing so well.

Megan, I've got my fingers crossed for you also that this is your month hun.

mummabec, it is so upsetting when others don't acknowledge our angel babies. I had so many spats at my family for not talking about him and just expecting me to be "over it" and that's why I thank God everyday for this forum as it is a place where we can all understand and relate and hug. I am sorry you are feeling so down hun It's hard and takes so much strength and time.

Beata, we are on the count-down my darling! I hope you are resting up and taking good care of yourself for your transfer in a few weeks. I can't wait to celebrate your BFP with you. You have been a tower of strength and enouragement and now it's your turn dear friend

Jo, Rozzie and Tildy, hope motherhood is treating you well and babies are growing beautifully.

Helen and Sue, can't wait to meet your little ones!

TTC-ers, sending an enormous amount of baby dust to you all.

    Lots of love
    D x

    Hi everyone

Dee, I am sorry to see your BFN. I hope your next cycle brings you better news.

Diana I have been watching out for your news about how the stitch placement went & so happy to see it went well! Your ob sounds sooo thorough; how great to have all that support. Yep, this baby will be in your arms safe and sound before you know it
As for how I felt after the stitch went in, I never felt the stitch as such but I did have some cramping and pressure for about a week after. I just had to check my diary for you - funny how quickly you forget!

Nothing much to report here. My girl is nearly 6 weeks old, can you believe it?! We have a sort-of routine (very much "sort-of"!) & I am still in awe that we created this perfect little girl. How I wish I could have had these moments with her big brother...

Hope you are all doing well. Helen, you must be due very soon?! Will your stitch come out while you are having the c/s?

    Hugs to all x

    Hi everybody!
Diana I am so glad your stitch went in well! Jo and I are proof that you will have your little bubba in your arms!
Well our little man, Mitchell Riley came into the world a little earlier than expected last Wednesday, my waters started to trickle at 6.20am, it was horrible weather here in Bris and DH was home from work so in some ways it was perfect timing! But not so perfect for him,I got out yesterday but had to leave him there as he is still having some issues with his breathing. Hopefully mid week he will be home, Corey was the same accept I didn't have to leave him he sorted himself out in the nick of time! So in answer to your question Jo, yes the stitch came out with the section no worries! So at the moment everything is a cycle of expressing, hospital visits, and trying to sort out a very hyped up 2 yr old! Not to mention trying to recover!
That's about all I have time for now!
    Helen
