MGM the only thing i can suggest is what Sharon said and that it can happen to girl bubbas due to hormonal changes in us which transfers to them. Although like Sharon i am not sure how long that can happen. It has only ever happened twice with my girls (have 5 of them now) and that was within the first week or maybe two weeks. I would prob ring the help line again and just ask if it could still be the hormones or not. Good luck.

Grubi i really think it depends on the temperment of the toddler as to how well one copes. Although everyone i know just reckons i have very well behaved kids, but i don't find i have any dramas with Mitchie. He does get a little sooky at times but its usually just cause he needs a sleep. He doesnt seem to be acting up with Molly here at all which is good, but i have made a point of letting him have kisses and cuddles with her whenever she is out of bed, which is soo cute, he will come up and put his hands out to her and says mwah! So i hold her towards him and he give her a quick cuddle and a couple of kisses and then off he goes so i can feed or change her or whatever. Then when he sees i am free he will come up for his time with me, so i guess he is just a really placid happy go lucky toddler. In saying that i still have days where i too would like to pack my bags and run for the hills! I think its just normal but i do have older kids who can be of some assistance (well sometimes when they are not bickering amongst themselves). As for sanity......... who said i was sane????????? I am a complete nut!!!!!!!!
Oh and as for coping with two bubs after a c-sec it is only natural you feel this way! I know for me after i had Mitchie i jsut couldnt find any routine and i think the first 6mths just went in a blur to be honest. I kept hurting myself as i would do too much but like hello who else is gonna do these things when our DH have to go back to work. So i truly feel for you and all others who are struggling after their c-secs. Thats why i was determined not to have a 3rd c-sec with Molly, cause i just couldnt cope.

Sharon good luck with your 6wk checkup tomorrow, and i hope they can get Oliver into the paed too. Oh and i am sooo jealous of Oliver's hair too. It is absolutely gorgeous, i wish Molly had more hair.

Mummymeg sounds like you have a very good bubba there, well done.

Shelley yeah i think i would give it up to with it having that bad an effect on BJ. Its def not worth it. As for how long things stay in your milk, to be honest i have no idea! Thats a really bad admission for someone who has BF all her bubbas isnt it! But i seriously don't know as i have never had any dramas with anything going through my milk. I guess a few times i noticed things would make diff bubs more windy so i would just eat smaller amounts but never got into the nitty gritty of how long it stays in BM for. Maybe speak to the ABA i guess they would know all that info. Good luck and sorry i not much help. Hopefully Bj will settle then. Good luck tonight i hope its not too bad for you. Molly is doing really welland is mostly an angel but sometimes like to be awake after a feed in the middle of the night, i am hoping that tonight will be another good night for us as she seems pretty settled at teh moment.

In saying that i have just realised the time so i am off to bed or i wont get to enjoy the hours she is asleep for!
