Liam had a good playtime last night (must have been at least 40 mins) then slept for more than 5 hours! We fed him, then he slept another 4, but now he seems back on the 3 hour routine! Not sure what we did to get the long sleep - or I'd do it again!

Can't stay - have to go and express for his next feed.

Fire - I have an irish friend who's been telling me to have a stout (Guinness) to help with milk... might have to go & get some!
