Just popping in while at work.
Been MIA for a while now, sorry.
Molly, I know what u are describing and yeah you shld def. try and do with a dirtier house (although that sometimes stresses you more esp. if you can't handle mess!). Re. the fatigue feeling, I was like that a few weeks back and I figured I was low in iron so started on multivitamins, plenty of b12 because we're not big red meat eaters at my place and also fish oil. Both my colleague and I were like this (we're both mums with youngin's) so she started the same regime too. It's made SO MUCH difference in about a fortnight for both of us.
I'm walking to the train station which takes me 20 mins each morning instead of just walking around the corner to catch the bus. These small things have made a HUGE difference in getting rid of that lethargy. Bonus is I also have more energy for my DH at the end of the day. Oh and drink water, water and more water.
