Hi everyone,

Congrats on the all the June babies. Sounds like we are all in the same boat with unsettled periods. Fletch - I can't believe you are already geting sleep again. I'm so jealous. I read a thread not long ago with lots of people saying the enjoyed the night feeding. I love my little boy but must say I love my sleep too.

Tyler was born June 8th so is approaching 4 weeks now.
We have had some feeding problems which we seem to be sorting through and it now seems to be going ok - fingers crossed. He is a really hard baby to settle though. He doesn't seem to be having wind problems but just doesn't want to sleep. His eyes are wide open a lot of the time. He is happy most of the time if he is being held. Not so happy if put down which makes it hard to get things done. I also seem to be able to get him to sleep in the baby bjorn and in the car no problem so he spends a bit of time in the baby bjorn. Luckily now at night he seems to settle ok - but only in our bed (initially he settled in the day and not night so I'm glad that has at least swapped)

So for now we are just going with what works and hopefully it will sort it self out. I can't really remember what Dylan was like when he was this old. I do remember he wasn't really a settled baby until 3 months old though.

Dylan is loving being a big brother and tells Tyler all day that he loves him and kisses his head. He currently has a cold so I'm trying to limit the kissing. He has been a lot more demanding of me though. I guess he is just adjusting to having to share me. He is also waking a bit through the night and wanting to come and sleep with us which he has never done. It must be hard for him to see the baby has his bassinett in our bedroom.

Anyway, I'm not sure how often I will ge to post at the moment. The time I get I tend to have to spend it with Dylan and I get told to get off the computer

Enjoy your bubs everyone. I must say I am actually enjoying it more second time round and I know that it does get easier.
