DJ managed to do another full four hour sleeps which is good for me mind you he hardly slept at all yesterday so he was very overtired. He is whinging a bit this morning because of his wind, so gave him some Donnalix, not working. Might grab some Infants Friend while I am out today, finding Donnalix not doing anything for him anymore.

SJ - DJ had nappy rash a month ago and it was caused by the nappy wipes I was using. It took a while to go away because I didn't click as to the cause of it until it wouldn't go away...... but thrush is totally different, but not sure how to determine if a baby has thrush. Someone suggested to check the bubs mouth for any whiteness which could be a sign of thrush. Hope that helps

Prama - yeah know the feeling, I am soooo tired today but really need to go to class. Picnic sounds fantastic glad you had a great time. We ended up going to Wentworthville Leagues Club since it is local to my mum and we knew that wouldn't be prob especially with no booking. I was a bit unorganised and hadn't booked anywhere.

Ania - not sure why we call him monkey either just suits him kehehe

Well girls have a super day

    Shell xxx

PS: the dishes I left for Doni are still sitting on the bench looks like I have to stack the dishwasher haha

sj - poopy has a rash now, i think its the j&j wipes. we were fine with the huggies. before he did have a rash on his bum, under arms and his milk spots turned into a rash too. sudo cream didnt work. we used the hydrozole that his paed perscribed a while ago for his underarms for his face and it all cleared aup.

i see my mum, dad and bro next mth, am looking fwd to seeing everyone, 500 uncles and aunties and cousins! i miss having my big family. here its only steve's mum, sister and her husband. we see mum very often and sil and bil every few mths. to me families, get together all the time and there's noise and laughter and silent fights! i feel sorry as he wont have that here.

shell - see you in a bit. men SO dont get about dishes!
Glad you got the extra sleep.

poopy was very cheeky and decided he should wake up at 3am for a feed.. he always seems to giveth and taketh away! lol.

I use paw paw cream on everything for myself and Will it is fantastic is also all we use at work on the kids too.Face bum anywhere really.
Had a lovely mothers day and Wil laughed giggled and smiled his way through lunch for his grandparents and it was beautiful to watch a 60 year old man and woman bought to tears of joy and laughter by their grand child. My weekend made the whole crappy week dissapear and I feel so much better.I got what I am sure wont be my last pair of warm slippers and box of choccies.

All chemists have it these days sj and I get mine at Wollies or coles..a little bit goes a long way and they also have great little handy tubes for the nappy bag. Its in a red pot. I put it on my ceaser scar, pimples, scratches, if Wills chin gets abit red from the dribble, on his needle site after immunisations, on my nose in the winter when its been blown too many times it realy is magic stuff and all natural.
