Hi everyone! I had such a lovely day yesterday. We went to church in the morning and then went to some friends of ours for lunch. I was able to stay at their house all afternoon and evening and had a wonderfully relaxing evening watching 'thank god you're here' on DVD. Flynn was wonderful all day. He actually slept for more than 20min during the day! He was a lot more content, feeding better and generally being wonderful! Exactly what I needed, so grateful! My hubby did our dishes at home too!

Kitty I'm so glad that you are feeling a bit better. This is such a wonderful site isn't it! I'm so glad someone put me on to it! They should put something about it in the Bounty Bags I reckon!

Prama I'm glad you are feeling better. I'm hoping that I don't get any colds this year. I can't imagine feeling rotten and caring for a bub! We don't tend to use a lot of toys. I have been singing to him "heads and shoulders, knees and toes" and doing "this little piggy" with him. He seems to enjoy that. We have a few things that we dangle in front of him, which he sometimes accidentally touches! Lately he has been intently staring at the toy frame which I put over him when he is on the floor. Tha is funny about the formulas! My DH wants Flynn to learn all the tools so he can help him under cars!!

Trina Wow what a weekend! I hope you are able to have a more relaxing day today!

Sammie LOL!! I never go without breast pads! In hospital I had no idea that breast didn't have a 'stop valve' so I completely soaked my nightie and the sheets, that was fun! Since then I have always used pads!

Bron Glad you got to spend that time with your DH, sounds like it was very lovely! You gotta love relatives! Hope it goes well.

Danni I'm glad that you are getting checked out. Hope it's nothing serious.

catherine - lol about the cars! DH has already he decided he;s going to build him a computer and get him tools to help with his other hobby - woodwork!
Lakshman is almost 12 weeks and it's the last few weeks that he started to enjoy his toy frame over his playmat. at flynn's age he would just stare too. now he laughs and makes coo-ing sounds.
